Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep access to your current plan until then.
Each unique IP lookup counts as one request, regardless of how many data fields you retrieve. Bulk endpoint calls count one request per IP in the batch. We cache responses for 60 minutes — cached lookups are free and don't count against your quota.
We won't cut you off mid-month. You'll receive email alerts at 75%, 90%, and 100% of your quota. After 100%, you can either upgrade your plan instantly or enable overage billing at $0.10 per 1,000 extra requests. Enterprise plans have custom overage terms.
